I chopped up some pecans and sprinkled them on the batter before closing the waffle maker lid. If you've never tried pecans in your waffles, you need to. It is so YUMMY!
Enjoy!
Mom's Cooking Club Lesson: Try these other add-ins to your waffle batter: blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips and how about some crumbled cooked bacon. Oh....bacon waffles! That might be on this weekend's breakfast table.
Gosh do those look good. I love pecan waffles. And bacon...wow.
ReplyDeleteIt's so easy to skip breakfast. These Pecan Waffles look like a great breakfast for dinner meal... Thanks

ReplyDeleteI really need to add a waffle maker to my Christamas list...yet again:D
ReplyDeleteThey look yummy! Grumpy has been on a waffle kick lately. He will say he's hungry, then make me "guess" what he wants. lol. I guess he thinks its not too much work for me if I "guess or offer" to make waffles.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get your waffle maker? I've been looking everywhere for one without dividers!
